TOPIC: Question we need new game soon.

Nothing coming out that allows you to mod the game. Seems that part of gaming is blocked by all developers because then how would they sell you DLC?

Coming out next week is Anthem. Now, this game looks great, seems to play very well on PC but it is not CoD, mod'able, etc.

Activision, which we can blame on killing the modding/mapping in CoD games just lost half of it's value in the last four months. Severs them right. But, we all saw this coming ten years ago, didn't we? Kill modding/mapping and you are basically setting up all your future games to fail once that new shiny alternate game comes out. And it did - Fortnite. It killed them all.

I'm not here high-five'ing the demise of Activision but rather lamenting how the greedy turds killed off our games.
